ART SUBMISSIONS  |  ​​As an SCTX Artist, you already have a working relationship and a signed Consignment Agreement in place with us. This means we want to know when you have new work you want us to consider for exhibition in the gallery.

1.  UPLOAD ARTWORK IMAGES AND DOCUMENTS

Click the orange UPLOAD button to submit multiple files simultaneously or individually. (This includes all image file types such as jpg, jpeg, png, gif; documents and spreadsheets such as docx, xlsx, pdf, etc.)

DIGITAL IMAGE REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSIONS
Please make sure your digital images meet the following file requirements:

• Should be 1080 to 1200 pixels on the longest side
• Saved in .jpeg format at 72 ppi
• Name your images:  FirstName-LastName_Artwork-Title_HxWxD-0000px.jpg, i.e. Jane-Doe_Lorum-Ipsum_40x30-1200px.jpeg (depth is optional)
• Do not watermark your images

DIGITAL IMAGES FOR PRINT USE
Once we select the works we want to exhibit in the gallery, we may request higher resolution images for use in print and marketing media. Please make sure you these meet the following file requirements:

• Should be 1080 to 1200 pixels on the longest side
• Saved in .jpeg format with a combined ppi and dimension that will result in a file size less than 3mb. 
• Name your images:  FirstName-LastName_Artwork-Title_HxWxD-000ppi.jpg, i.e. Jane-Doe_Lorum-Ipsum_40x30-200ppi.jpeg (depth is optional)
• Do not watermark your images​

• If you need help resizing your image dimensions, go to http://www.simpleimageresizer.com/
• If you need help resizing your image ppi, go to https://convert.town/image-dpi

HOW TO UPLOAD YOUR PHOTOS VIA WETRANSFER

• Click on the button below to take you to the WeTransfer website. 
• It may ask you to sign up, but that's not required. There should be a link below the FREE and PRO options to click on: "I just want to send files". It will take you to a new page where you can upload images and fill in the necessary information to send. 
• Click the blue + to select all the files you want to send (you can select all of them at once, rather than uploading them individually, by holding down the shift button while selecting them).
• Input our email [email protected], your email address, etc. and click "Transfer".

2.  SUBMIT ARTWORK INFORMATION

Once you've uploaded the images you want us to review, please provide artwork information by clicking the turquoise SUBMIT button below and completing the Google Form for each submitted artwork. The form will request the following information:

• Email address
• Artist Name
• Artwork Title
• Description, including dimensions, medium, surface, framing (i.e. 40x30 Oil on canvas, unframed) 
• Retail Price
• Price Options (additional information such as framed vs unframed price, print price, diptych vs individual price)
• Additional Information or Notes (expanded description, special considerations for exhibiting or installation, etc)
