Studio Comfort Texas offers an in-house layaway program with no interest or fees.
For artwork $200 - $500, we offer a 3-month layaway plan. These require a deposit of 1/3 of the total purchase price and 2 more equal payments each of the following 2 months. (3 payments equal the total purchase price.)
For artwork over $500, we offer a 6-month layaway. These require a deposit of 20% of the total purchase price and 5 more equal payments each of the following 5 months. (6 payments equal the total purchase price.)

TERMS
• Arrange for automatic monthly debits to your credit card, mail a check or
pay in gallery using cash or any of our accepted payment methods.
• We hold the artwork until all payments have been made.
• On a case by case basis, we can vary the terms to suit your needs.
• You may pay off art sooner than the term.
• Once the art is completely paid for, it is shipped or available for pick-up.
• You will be billed separately for packing and shipping.
LAYAWAY CANCELLATION
• All layaway payments are non-refundable, though payments
can be transferred to a different piece of art.
• All layaway purchases may only be returned for gallery credit or exchange.
• Custom/commissioned orders for art not in stock will be charged a 25% restocking
fee if layaway is canceled and not transferred to another piece of artwork.
NOTE: Layaway for Rex Foster Jewelry is not transferable to works by other artists
